Jonovan Osorio

Hi everyone! My name is Jonovan and I am a first-year MS/PhD student in the Thomopoulos Lab! I was born and raised in the Bay Area, California, and I graduated from UC Irvine in 2024. As an ex-baseball player who underwent a series of knee surgeries, I came to Columbia to contribute to state-of-the-art orthopedic research! When I'm not in the lab, you'll find me watching baseball games (Go Giants!), cooking at home, or exploring New York's diverse culinary scene!
